About the role
The Associate Sales Representative will work on‑site in Lagos, engaging prospective and existing business customers, demonstrating SalesCenta’s commerce platform and supporting revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of leads through calls, emails and in‑person meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotes for prospective clients.
- Support contract negotiations under senior sales guidance.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with customer success and product teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales reports and market insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, sales or business development.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple prospects.
- Clear verbal and written communication suitable for business presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale systems.
- Understanding of e‑commerce solutions.
