Assistant HR Business Partner, Commercial

About the role

The Assistant HR Business Partner, Commercial works closely with the HR Lead to deliver both operational and strategic HR activities for the Commercial, Logistics and Procurement functions. This role provides consultancy, supports talent management and drives HR initiatives that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR plans aligned with Commercial/Logistics/Procurement goals to enhance performance.
• Partner with the Resourcing team on recruitment campaigns, onboarding and pre‑employment checks.
• Support line managers with talent reviews, performance management and succession planning using tools such as Functional Resource Committees.
• Provide HR data reporting and analysis for headcount, organizational charts, FTE tracking and expatriate management.
• Assist in change management projects including restructures, job design and outsourcing.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to close skill gaps and promote commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, HRCI, etc.) is an advantage.
