About the role
The Assistant Chef will support the head chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking.
- Support the chef with daily kitchen activities.
- Keep kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment clean.
- Ensure ingredients are properly stored and ready for use.
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain an organised kitchen.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast‑food chain.
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
- Good knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
