Area Phone Business Manager – Warri South (Delta State)

About the role

The Area Phone Business Manager will lead PayGo phone sales and oversee a network of commission‑based agents in Warri South, Delta State. You will translate Sun King’s phone business strategy into tangible field results, ensuring strong sales performance, high repayment quality, and disciplined inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and certify new agents; run bi‑weekly coaching sessions and enforce branding standards.
• Achieve monthly unit sales targets and drive agent productivity through monitoring, incentives, and field activations.
• Maintain sales quality, coach agents on customer onboarding, and manage collections, including FPD and PAR30 metrics.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride‑alongs, and coaching to retain agents; recognize top performers and address attrition.
• Oversee agent stock levels, perform monthly audits, reconcile inventory, and ensure accurate weekly reporting.
• Submit compliant weekly reports and uphold Sun King’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on field sales experience.
• Experience with PayGo, device financing, or agent‑network models (solar experience a plus).
• Deep knowledge of the Warri South territory and its trade routes.
