About the role
We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role involves designing new projects, managing construction phases and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and plan new architectural projects and prepare cost estimates.
- Develop and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and oversee construction from inception to completion.
- Manage construction teams, subcontractors and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct quality‑control checks to maintain high construction standards.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations.
- Excellent project‑management, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
