Architect – Full‑time (Multiple Locations)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead design and execution of architectural projects across several Nigerian states. The role involves close collaboration with clients, site supervision, and delivering innovative, code‑compliant building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute architectural projects and building designs that meet construction requirements.
• Create and present design proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client meetings to capture project requirements and provide advisory services.
• Produce detailed blueprints, incorporating necessary revisions.
• Supervise site activities and manage project timelines.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proven track record in site supervision and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and technical ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion.
• Cost estimation and cost management techniques.
• Handling of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) – a major advantage.
• Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), ANSI/ASHRAE standards and LEED certification criteria.
