Architect – Full-time, Multiple Locations

About the role

The firm is seeking a qualified Architect to lead and deliver architectural projects across several states in Nigeria. The successful candidate will translate client requirements into innovative building designs, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute architectural projects and building designs aligned with construction requirements.
• Create and present design proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements and provide advisory services.
• Produce detailed blueprints, incorporating revisions and modifications as needed.
• Oversee site supervision, project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proven track record as an architect with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in site supervision and project management.
• Knowledge of National Building Code, ANSI/ASHRAE standards and LEED certification.
