Architect (Entry Level, Part‑time)

About the role

Thinkpeopleltd is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level architect to join its Lagos office on a part‑time basis. You will work closely with senior designers, engineers and consultants to turn project concepts into detailed visual and technical deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and design concepts.
• Develop 3D models, renders and presentation materials for clients and marketing.
• Revise drawings and designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Assist with approval drawings, planning submissions and project documentation.
• Organise and maintain architectural drawings, specifications and project files.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building standards and project specifications.
• Support interior decoration decisions and prepare project proposals.

Required profile

• Recent NYSC graduate or serving member with a degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with 3D modelling tools.
• Experience with rendering tools.
