Airport Booth Attendant (eSIM Sales)

About the role

A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travelers is hiring friendly, tech-savvy people for its customer support booths at the airport and other locations in Lagos. The role involves helping travelers buy and activate eSIMs, providing customer support and reaching a monthly sales target. It is a full-time position with a shift-based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to travelers at the booth
• Explain and activate eSIM plans
• Help customers with basic phone settings
• Record daily sales using Google Sheets
• Reach a monthly sales target of 1,000 eSIMs

Required profile

• Must live in or near Ikeja for easy commute to the airport
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous sales, retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and night shifts (for the airport role)

Required skills

• Basic computer and mobile phone literacy
• Friendly, professional and reliable attitude

• Take-home salary of N150,000 (net) per month
