AI & Automation Trainer – Hands‑on Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Trainer to join RKY Careers’ growing trainer network. You will deliver hands‑on training that helps professionals apply AI tools and automation platforms to improve business processes and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical training sessions on AI, automation and workflow design.
• Support learners in applying AI tools to real‑world business scenarios.
• Teach learners how to design simple, effective automated workflows.
• Guide learners through projects, assignments and hands‑on exercises.
• Create or support the development of training materials, slides and learning resources.
• Provide feedback and ongoing support throughout the training programme.

Required profile

• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar.
• Good understanding of workflow automation, productivity tools and business process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of API integration, webhooks or system connectivity.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, able to simplify technical concepts.
• Proven experience delivering workshops, bootcamps or online learning sessions.
