Graduate Assistant Teacher

About the role

Glowfield International School is seeking a Graduate Assistant Teacher to support the delivery of a world‑class education to its learners. The role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about fostering academic excellence and holistic development in a dynamic school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Support classroom management and provide individualized attention to students.
• Contribute to the creation of learning resources and assessment tools.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Required profile

• First degree in Education, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) if the first degree is in another field.
• Successful completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Strong 21st‑century competencies such as communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and technology use.
• Residence within Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Obalende, Lekki or Ajah.
