Agency Sales Manager

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd, a property development company focused on land acquisition, infrastructure and property development, land survey, property marketing and estate agency services, is hiring an Agency Sales Manager in Abeokuta. This full-time, on-site role leads and grows the agency sales team, drives property sales and achieves revenue targets. It involves recruiting, training and supervising sales agents, setting performance objectives and monitoring daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise sales agents, and set performance objectives
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships and conduct property presentations
• Oversee negotiations to close deals and prepare sales reports
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Ensure activities meet service standards and core values, and improve sales processes
• Make regular field visits to estates and sites and take part in promotional events

Required profile

• Strong sales leadership and team management experience, including supervising agency or field sales staff
• Proficiency in property or real estate sales, client relationship management and negotiation
• Ability to set targets, develop sales strategies and analyse performance metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Solid organisation and time management, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a customer-focused and ethical approach
• Willingness to work on-site in Abeokuta and make regular field visits
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field preferred; knowledge of the Abeokuta real estate market is an advantage

Required skills

• Comfort with basic digital tools such as email, CRM or sales tracking systems and office productivity software
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
