Agency Sales Manager

About the role

The Agency Sales Manager will lead a network of sales agents for Brit Properties in Abeokuta. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and property marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach sales agents to meet performance targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee property marketing activities and conduct market analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments.
• Represent the company at client meetings, property inspections, and promotional events.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing field agents or sales teams in real estate or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics, property development, and basic land documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field; real‑estate agency management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to the company’s core values of reliability, integrity, and trust.

Required skills
