About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Advisor to join Prudential Zenith Life Insurance across Nigeria. The role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and driving sales while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Engage clients to assess their financial goals, risk profile and insurance needs.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of insurance products and advise clients accordingly.
- Recommend appropriate policies that match client requirements and budget.
- Generate leads, present products, negotiate terms and achieve sales targets.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals and claims processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation abilities.
- Organisational, presentation and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
