Ads, GEO and Sales Automation Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Ads, GEO and Sales Automation Expert to drive SEO, paid media and marketing automation initiatives across its digital properties. You will work closely with content, product and sales teams to turn campaigns into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns and GEO‑targeted paid media.
• Conduct keyword research, technical and on‑page SEO audits, and implement on‑page optimisations.
• Manage link‑building programmes following white‑hat practices.
• Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows, email campaigns and lead‑nurturing journeys.
• Integrate automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N) with CRM and other marketing platforms.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics tools, and report on key metrics.

Required profile

• Strong media‑buying experience, especially with Meta ads.
• Hands‑on expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical audits.
• Proven ability to design ethical link‑building strategies.
• Experience with B2B or high‑growth tech environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
