Accountant – Multi-Entity Healthcare Finance

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the financial operations of The African Dentist and its associated entities, including Toothmine Lekki and Toothmine Gbagada. This role will support our growing dental network by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reporting, and payroll administration.
Key responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping across all entities
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Administer payroll for staff
- Allocate revenue and handle intercompany invoicing
- Compile financial reporting packs for the COO and CEOs
Required profile
- ICAN‑qualified Accountant
- 2–5 years’ experience in a multi‑entity or group accounting environment
- Experience in professional services, healthcare, or retail is an advantage
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero
- Experience preparing management accounts for investor reporting
- Basic understanding of intercompany accounting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
