Accountant

About the role

The Accountant will join Stallion Cardinal Homes in Abuja on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights that support the company’s property and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and general ledger entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow management, and financial forecasting.
• Support tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.
• Collaborate with operations and management to deliver financial analysis for property and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Nigerian financial regulations and real‑estate or investment environments is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounting ERP systems.
