Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and managing group and catering sales opportunities for the property. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long‑term client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new group and catering business to meet personal and property revenue targets.
• Respond to inbound opportunities outside the Event Booking Center, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue and ensure proper hand‑over for service delivery.
• Monitor same‑day selling procedures to optimize room revenue and occupancy.
• Prepare proposals, write contracts, and manage customer correspondence throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with event management and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of booked events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or related fields, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue goals and manage client relationships.
