Account Manager - Training

About the role

Peakware Group is an integrated service business offering solutions in energy, technology, capacity development, business advisory, EPCI, operations and maintenance, and digital transformation. It partners with public and private sector organisations to solve complex business challenges. The Account Manager - Training is responsible for the overall management and growth of the Training Academy, coordinating everything from needs assessment and planning through delivery, evaluation and revenue generation. The role is based in Lekki, Lagos, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Training Academy operations.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly training strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Coordinate the end-to-end training process, including planning, registration, logistics, delivery and reporting.
• Drive enrollment and participation in training programs.
• Manage clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase training revenue, and develop strategies to attract individual participants and corporate clients.
• Analyse participant feedback and learning outcomes, and prepare post-training reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Learning & Development or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in training coordination, account management, business development or learning and development.
• Proven track record of managing training programs and generating revenue.
• Experience in corporate training, consulting or professional services environments is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Training Management, Learning & Development, Project Management or related disciplines are an added advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of N500,000.
• Commissions of up to N3,000,000 per quarter.
• Hybrid work arrangement (onsite and remote).
