Account Manager – School Onboarding (Hybrid)

About the role

ExcelMind is looking for an Account Manager to turn interested schools into active users of its AI‑powered learning platform. Working in a hybrid setting, you will deliver product demonstrations, guide schools through account creation, and manage the entire onboarding journey to ensure successful platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demos for prospective schools, highlighting ExcelMind and FeeNow features.
• Support schools in opening accounts and completing required documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, platform setup, and activation of new school accounts.
• Provide post‑onboarding support, monitor platform adoption, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in customer onboarding, account management, client success or EdTech (preferred).
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and relationship‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple school accounts simultaneously.

• Fixed monthly salary of ₦150,000.
• No sales commission; performance measured on onboarding, activation and adoption outcomes.
