Wealth Management Advisor

About the role

A reputable financial services and asset management firm is seeking motivated, client‑focused Wealth Advisors to expand its client base, promote investment products and build lasting relationships across Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, investment needs and risk profiles and recommend suitable solutions.
• Mobilise funds and achieve agreed business‑development targets.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely updates on investments.
• Explain investment products, associated risks, fees and terms clearly to clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ensure complete documentation in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client engagements and sales activities.
• Collaborate with investment, operations and compliance teams to deliver excellent client service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in wealth management, financial services sales, relationship management or business development.
• Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and meet business targets.
• Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.
