Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse in Marina, Lagos. You will ensure that products are stored safely, inventory is accurate, and shipments move efficiently to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and marketing representatives within the warehouse environment.
• Oversee proper arrangement, organization, and condition of stored products.
• Manage stock levels, inventory records, stock movement and reconciliation.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods, supporting logistics planning.
• Monitor stock‑keeping procedures to minimise discrepancies or losses.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on warehouse activities and stock movement.
• Supervise administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with management and other departments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification; WAEC/WASSCE with strong experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or stock‑keeping.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management practices.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organisational and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate operational and inventory reports.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive and detail‑oriented.
