About the role
A Travel Consultant position based in Ologolo Lekki, Lagos, offering a monthly net pay of NGN 300,000 to 400,000. The role covers flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and travel insurance, and requires living on the island because of commuting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and travel insurance.
- Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.
- Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.
- Manage booking changes, refunds and customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales.
- An HND in a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.
- At least some basic exposure to tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and tours).
- Excellent customer service, communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Resident on the island due to commuting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in global distribution systems such as Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
