Tender Manager

About the role

EdgeNet Consulting Limited is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead end‑to‑end bid processes across multiple sectors including Oil & Gas, Fintech, public sector and telecommunications. The role is contract‑based and based in Abuja, Marina, requiring close collaboration with sales, presales, finance and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs and other bid opportunities.
• Review tender documentation, eligibility criteria and submission timelines.
• Coordinate the full bid lifecycle, from technical and commercial proposal development to final submission.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant and delivered on time.
• Maintain bid records, trackers and documentation archives.
• Respond to client clarifications and post‑submission requirements.
• Analyse bid outcomes and provide insights to improve win rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in bid, tender or proposal management.
• Demonstrated experience handling bids for Oil & Gas, Fintech, public sector, telecom or large corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of RFP, RFQ, RFI and public procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
