About the role

Housing TV Africa is seeking a dynamic Television Broadcaster to join its Abuja studio. You will be the on‑air voice delivering 24/7 housing, real‑estate and construction news to a continent‑wide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Host and present live and pre‑recorded programmes focused on housing and property topics.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts, policymakers and stakeholders.
• Research and prepare news segments using the latest housing market insights.
• Collaborate with producers, directors and technical crews to ensure smooth broadcasts.
• Engage viewers through clear, professional and informative on‑air delivery.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in television or radio broadcasting.
• Strong communication and public‑speaking abilities.
• Academic background in Broadcast Journalism, Communication, Media or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Interest or knowledge of the housing, real‑estate or construction sectors is a plus.
