About the role

Nowagie Ops is hiring a Telemarketer / Customer Support agent in Lagos to promote DashSpid, a product for logistics companies. The role involves calling businesses daily, explaining the product's benefits and turning prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Call logistics companies daily using provided leads and introduce DashSpid and its benefits.
• Schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses and follow up until they become customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Record all conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, gather customer feedback and market insights, and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the DashSpid brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nigerian languages is an advantage.
• Strong confidence speaking on the phone.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with good organisational and follow-up skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media is a plus.
