About the role

A global customer service outsourcing company, present in 18 countries and 88 sites, is looking for a telecommunications store assistant in Lagos, Portugal. The store is expanding its team and wants someone who is communicative, enjoys challenges and has a passion for technology.

Key responsibilities

Advise customers and present telecommunications solutions
Manage sales and contracts
Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience
