Tele Marketer – Lead Generation for DashSpid

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Tele Marketer to promote DashSpid to logistics companies across Nigeria. You will work with provided leads, introduce our solution, and turn prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Call logistics companies daily using supplied leads.
• Present DashSpid, explain its benefits, and schedule product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects until they become active users.
• Record all conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and represent the DashSpid brand professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Nigerian languages is a plus.
• Confident phone presence and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow up diligently.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking calls and outcomes.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
• Experience with social media platforms for outreach.
