Tele Marketer (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Tele Marketer to promote DashSpid to logistics companies in Nigeria. You will work with provided leads, introduce the product, and schedule demonstrations to convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Call logistics companies daily using supplied leads.
• Introduce DashSpid, explain its benefits and schedule product demos.
• Follow up with prospects until they become customers.
• Record all conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and represent the DashSpid brand professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nigerian languages is a plus.
• Strong confidence speaking on the phone.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and good organisational skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
