About the role

A medical and diagnostic equipment partner in Africa is hiring a Technical Sales Specialist through eRecruiter. The role drives technical sales, manages customer relationships and provides expert technical support. It is based in Lagos and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technical sales and manage customer communications
• Provide expert technical support and solutions to clients
• Carry out sales activities and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records and manage sales processes efficiently

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Sciences or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a solid achievement record in analytical instrument sales (spectrometry, FTIR, chromatography)
• Proven technical sales and sales management skills
• Experience in technical support roles and customer service
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong organisational skills
