Technical Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Technical Recruitment Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kano State, Nigeria. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT‑focused positions, building talent pipelines and ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
• Source candidates, screen resumes and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate hiring decisions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track metrics.
• Meet placement targets and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical and IT recruitment across various domains.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, competency‑based assessments and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
