Technical & After‑Sales Lead

About the role

The Technical & After‑Sales Lead will head the technical support, installation, maintenance and after‑sales services for solar and renewable energy systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and high‑quality field service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and after‑sales services for solar and renewable energy systems.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate field technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion of assignments.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product operation, maintenance and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain service records and generate regular reports on technical issues, repairs and customer feedback.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support, installation, maintenance or after‑sales service for solar systems and lithium batteries.
• Knowledge of renewable energy and power systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Safety‑conscious, organised and professional attitude.
