About the role
The Technical Advisor II – Service Delivery will provide technical advice, guidance, and support to strengthen program design and implementation of integrated health services across Nigeria. The role focuses on community and facility‑based networks delivering HIV, TB, malaria, maternal and child health, nutrition, and mental health services.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementing partners to deliver quality, integrated services across hub hospitals, spoke facilities, and community posts.
- Ensure service quality, integration, supervision, and operational readiness for the listed health areas.
- Apply CRS program quality principles, donor guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to strengthening digital data use, supply chains, and transition to sustainable, country‑led health systems.
Required profile
- Nigerian national (Nigerian Nationals Only).
- Experience in strengthening community and facility‑based health networks.
- Familiarity with integrated HIV, TB, malaria, MCH, nutrition, and mental health services.
