Talent & Performance Specialist

About the role

Moniepoint Group is seeking a Talent & Performance Specialist to help operationalise its talent and performance strategy across the organisation. You will work closely with People Business Partners, team leads and the broader People team to embed scalable talent practices that support career development, performance reviews and internal mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve job rubrics and career progression frameworks.
• Support rollout and tracking of development plans, learning tracks and growth conversations.
• Coordinate the quarterly performance review process, including reminders, data gathering and feedback documentation.
• Analyse feedback and review data to surface trends and insights for senior leadership.
• Provide tools, resources and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners.
• Implement and optimise Lattice and other performance or development systems.
• Document, test and improve talent processes with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Execute employee listening initiatives such as surveys and feedback channels.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in HR, People Ops, Talent Management or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience building performance frameworks and career paths.
• Background in fast‑growth tech or scale‑up environments.
• Experience leading cross‑functional talent initiatives.
• Preferred exposure to performance management cycles, career frameworks or internal mobility programmes.
