About the role
Maxystuff is looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Talent Consultant & Associate HR to join its growing team in Lagos. The role offers a negotiable remuneration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal and client roles.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports.
- Manage talent pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and post‑placement activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent database.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
