About the role
The Supply Chain Officer will coordinate procurement and movement of materials, ensuring smooth operations across the manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and movement of materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
- Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
- Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records.
- Identify and resolve supply chain delays.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Prepare supply chain reports and relevant documentation.
- Support cost‑effective procurement and inventory practices.
Required profile
- HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Chartered professional with 3 years experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong organisational, analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
