Supervisor – Operations & Staff Management

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily staff activities, ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures, and support the team in achieving operational goals at SZH Group's subsidiaries across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism among staff.
• Ensure company rules, safety procedures, and policies are followed.
• Monitor the use of company equipment and resources.
• Prepare simple daily or weekly reports for management.
• Report operational issues and challenges to management.
• Support and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and community members.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work at any SZH Group subsidiary or operational site in Nigeria.
