About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor to lead daily operations within our hospitality team. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction to team members.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new hires while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor employee productivity, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback or corrective action when necessary.
- Manage staff schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and adjust workflows to meet deadlines, quotas, and quality standards.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND.
- At least 2 years of experience, including cashier experience.
- Must reside in Benin City, Edo State, preferably near Airport Road B/C.
- Female candidates only.
