About the role
The Supermarket Manager will lead the daily operations of our Cornerstone Limited store in Marina, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving sales and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily supermarket operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and manage scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate sales activities and promotional events.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, increasing sales, and achieving business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a retail or supermarket environment.
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
