About the role
Rushing Tap is looking for a Studios Manager in Lagos to lead the Studios arm of its business. The role covers running the studio facility and its projects, keeping the space ready for rental, and growing the studio's business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Studios arm of the business and manage day-to-day operations of the studio facility and its projects
- Keep the studios and other spaces in top shape for rental
- Oversee bookings of studios and equipment through the company software
- Prepare quotations, timelines and internal budgets for studio-based projects and some field projects
- Promote the studio facilities to attract new customers
- Report on studio activity and attract new business while retaining existing clients
Required profile
- Years of experience in facility management or a similar capacity
- Creative thinker
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Required skills
- Computer literacy
