Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division in South East England. The role will oversee the successful delivery of Build to Rent, student accommodation and education projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives and expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and innovation on‑site, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability and professional development.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, focusing on Build to Rent, student accommodation or education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
