About the role
The Station Manager will lead daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring safety, customer focus, and achievement of business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct, organize and implement daily operational activities of the station.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, safety and compliance with company policies.
- Control station expenses, inventory, conduct mini‑audits and manage computer entry.
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Train, coach, develop and manage performance of the station team.
- Provide daily reports on sales, activities and equipment maintenance.
- Assist the Supervisor with special projects and keep Operations and General Managers informed.
Required profile
- Minimum university degree (HND) in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; oil & gas experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work around Abule‑Egba, Ekoro Road, Ipaja, Aboru and Command‑Ikola areas.
- Honesty, commitment, hard work and self‑motivation.
