Special Assistant to Marketing Director

About the role

The Special Assistant will support the Marketing Director in a fast‑moving construction environment, handling executive coordination, tender preparation, and data‑driven reporting. This role bridges strategic communication between senior leadership, government bodies, and joint‑venture partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and high‑impact meeting logistics.
• Draft, review, and edit executive correspondence, speeches, and briefing materials.
• Lead end‑to‑end preparation of tender documents, pre‑qualification submissions, and commercial proposals for large infrastructure projects.
• Utilise AI tools and Microsoft Office to transform raw data into dashboards, presentation decks, and actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and infrastructure spending to provide early intelligence for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and state ministries, as well as key players in the construction and engineering sectors.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with senior officials and international partners.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.
