About the role
Provide professional body massages, facials, body scrubs, exfoliation and other spa treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform relaxation and therapeutic massages, facials, body scrubs, and exfoliation.
- Offer waxing, hair removal, and basic skincare services where applicable.
- Assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments and products, and maintain treatment records.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment, sterilizing tools after each use.
- Manage appointments, monitor supplies, and report restocking needs.
Required profile
- Qualified to perform professional body massages and spa treatments.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Commitment to hygiene, client comfort, and privacy standards.
