About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Abuja. The role involves delivering a range of professional spa and body treatments while ensuring a calm and relaxing environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments in line with approved procedures and your training.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Conduct pre‑treatment consultations to understand guest preferences and provide after‑care guidance.
• Recommend suitable treatments and complementary services based on guest needs.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety and infection‑prevention standards throughout all procedures.
• Monitor product usage, report equipment issues and manage inventory of treatment supplies.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in spa or wellness settings.
• Ability to follow protocols, maintain professional boundaries and deliver high‑quality service.
• Strong communication skills for guest consultations and after‑care instructions.
