Social Media & Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will support Crownfield Multipurpose Events in creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help amplify the brand’s presence across digital channels while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving events environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching and optimizing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Produce creative content for social media, email newsletters and other digital assets, including video appearances to showcase products and educational tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent marketing qualification.
• Preferably 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong organisational ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Positive, confident attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Own a laptop for work‑related tasks.

• Full‑time, entry‑level position with a monthly salary range of NGN 70,000 – NGN 150,000.
