Social Media Manager – Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The role will support Kenex Konsults International’s marketing objectives within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos and captions.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Plan and run social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and marketing teams to produce high‑quality content.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor online brand reputation and address issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing or related field.
• Approximately two years of experience managing social media for a business, agency or brand.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
