Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, while creating visual assets that boost brand visibility for Scarlet Finance Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule content for multiple social media channels.
• Create graphics, flyers, carousels and promotional materials.
• Write clear, engaging captions and copy.
• Monitor trends and apply creative ideas to increase audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and tone.
• Collaborate with the team on campaign promotions.
• Identify new content opportunities and improve online presence.
• Track performance and provide basic reports.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media management or graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Portfolio showcasing previous social media and graphic design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
