Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation, publishing and optimisation of content across multiple platforms to generate qualified leads for Great Homes Management Ltd. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of campaigns and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish engaging content 5–6 days a week on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars, including reels, property videos, graphics and stories.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns as well as TikTok and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads from landlords, property owners, investors and potential clients.
• Monitor enquiries, comments and direct messages, and provide weekly performance reports on reach, engagement, leads and advertising costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong content creation, video editing, graphic design and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organisational skills.
• Experience in real‑estate or property‑management marketing is highly desirable.
