Social Media Manager

About the role

Pack'N'Pay is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence from its Port Harcourt office. The role combines content creation, community engagement, and email marketing to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high‑performing social media content, including graphics, short‑form videos, and copy across all brand channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interaction, maintain editorial calendars, and execute automated email campaigns.
• Monitor channel analytics, interpret algorithm changes, and adjust strategies based on audience metrics.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in social media or digital/content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, and a creative mindset.
